Creative Process Journal Semester 2 2024
This project aims to combat motivation challenges, especially among students, through amicro-interaction system. By combining Arduino technology, insights from Foggʼs behavior model, and principles from self-determination theory, the design focuses on fostering positive behavioral changes. Key elements include interactive challenges and personalised feedback mechanisms, guided by Dr. Andrew Huberman's neuroscientific insights. These include visual cues in the form of lights and a digital counter, as well as sound feedback.
The project offers an engaging tool in the form of a guided experience to promote intrinsic motivation and self-discovery. In summary, it is an all-in-one guide to the road of motivation.
